- Technical Skills: TeamSite, Rally - Agile, Search Engine Optimization (SEO): using Endeca and previously Google Search Appliance; Right Now Technologies, Javascript, html, Photoshop, Watchfire, ftp, unix, FAQ development and maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving coding issues.
- Soft Skills: Communication and planning projects with company Directors and VPs, Agile Training, Volunteer: for planning social events and team building; research training tools for eCommerce team.
